Objective:

The objective of the game is to create an AI Ruleset that will be used by members of the AI Control Dashboard. The winner of the game is the player who creates the most popular and effective Ruleset, as determined by the ladder.

Setup:

• Create a deck of game cards, each with a different AI-related challenge, task, or goal. Examples could include "Create a chatbot that can understand multiple languages," "Develop an algorithm to detect fake news," or "Train an AI to play chess at a grandmaster level." There should be enough cards for several rounds of play.
• Divide the players into teams of 2-4 players each. Each team will work together to create a Ruleset to solve the challenge on the game card.
• Determine the starting player or team randomly.

Gameplay:

1. The starting player or team draws a game card from the deck and reads the challenge aloud.
2. The player or team then has a set amount of time (e.g. 30 minutes) to collaborate and come up with an AI Ruleset that they believe will achieve the goal on the card. The Ruleset should be written down and presented to the other players at the end of the time limit.
3. Once all teams have presented their Rulesets, each player in the game can vote for their favorite Ruleset. Players cannot vote for their own team's Ruleset.
4. The votes are tallied and the team with the most votes earns points and moves up the ladder. The team with the fewest votes moves down the ladder.
5. The next round begins with the next team or player drawing a new game card and the gameplay continues until a predetermined number of rounds or a set time limit has been reached.
6. At the end of the game, the team with the most points is declared the winner.

Ladder:

The ladder represents the popularity and effectiveness of each Ruleset in the game. It can be represented physically with a ladder or on a scoreboard. The Ruleset with the most votes moves up the ladder, while the Ruleset with the fewest votes moves down the ladder. The higher up the ladder a Ruleset is, the more popular and effective it is considered to be.
